Keynote Speaking

Kris’ story is ultimately one of resilience and inspirational to others. He is driven to deliver the fundamentals of establishing a consistent mindfulness practice and open the minds of others to understanding the benefits and inspire to try it for themselves.

Having been a former NHL player, he has gone through many experiences to help him communicate the benefits of mindfulness training and have it connect with others.

He uses stories of success and adversity to convey the importance of contributing to a resilient mindset.

Human performance, no matter what one may be doing, is an expectation. Kris explains that mindfulness is a tool that helps you put your best foot forward in any situation on a more consistent basis.
